Mandatory 25 dollar minimum wage. Majority of Americans have little to no disposable income.
Reduce or eliminate the power of the electoral college - enlist rank choice voting when possible.
Nationalize healthcare, infrastructure, utilities, energy, telecommunication (breaking up internet and phone monopolies) education, defense (ending the military industrial complex), prison (ending the privatization of incarceration and rehabilitation), banking (ending the wall street dominance) and large amounts of housing (ensuring everyone in America has access to housing). Industries that make sense in the private sector - Hospitality and food, entertainment, creative arts, tourism, retail, manufacturing, consumer tech, and small scale agriculture.
Additional things that need doing...
Expunge the records of all NONVIOLENT offenders who are in prison for drug use.
As outlined above congress shall be prohibited from engaging in the stock market.
Increase funding for mental health - everyone gets a therapist should they desire one.
Eliminate big lobbying - restore lobbying to smaller organizations as originally intended.
Enshrine equal marriage and women's rights into the constitution - Be done with it already.
Shut down Private Prisons - merge the inmates into state and federal prisons as applicable.
Ban stock buybacks - companies cannot buy their own stocks - this is artificial and dishonest.
Increase taxes on companies and individuals making over 250,000 per year. No more subsidies for big companies - this will be done for small companies to encourage growth and competition.
Wall street speculation tax - a tax on all speculation - this will pay for many if not a majority of these policy changes - and spur more speculation with increasing incentives for shareholders.
Lend government funded homes for all homeless -they will be given the opportunity to buy the home at a discounted rate at a later date. Assist in job placement and therapy if needed.
Require all purchased empty homes to be put on the market after a certain time. No longer shall companies especially those based in other countries buy thousands of homes and simply sit on them waiting for the markets to turn favor. They will be available to Americans.
Reduce Drug Prices by allowing comparable pricing to other countries like Canada - no more rationing. Redirect funding to programs in need and increase funding for research.
Clean water is a human right - all American's will have access to clean water regardless of income by subsidizing utility companies and providing other incentives if necessary.
Lower cost of housing by redirecting subsidies to banks - require them to lower interest rates for private loans for individuals by offering them tax incentives and other benefits.
Outlaw Veal and end factory farming - meat packing companies and the like will face harsh penalties for animal torture which has always been illegal for people to do but waived for big business. No longer will they get special privilege to conduct animal cruelty. Reformation will be required to continue practicing and if they do not obey they will be taxed out of existence. Ideally lab grown meat will be mainstream and these companies will die away on their own.

Reduce greenhouse affects of the climate by building a giant sail between Earth and the Sun that cools the planet by a certain degree to offset global warming. Can also be shrunken to counter the affect if needed. This will give us time to naturally reduce the CO2 in atmosphere
Mechanical trees - specialize in recycling carbon - one machine can pull in as much carbon as 1000 living trees. Forests of trees can be employed in inhospitable regions. With enough we could offset all carbon emissions. They could also be used to produce ecological housing
Capture C02 in the seas - geoengineering - artificial reefs - and utilize already existing sunken ships - absorbing wave energy to also power - solar umbrellas in the arctic - powered by the sun they could cycle seawater into ice - cooling the surrounding water and overall climate would need to be massive and employed in the hundreds - placed far north away from habitats
Solar Farms - covering .3 percent of the earth in solar panels - namely deserts would provide all energy needed for the Earth - could have side effects - might disrupt global weather patterns

A better more egalitarian world is within our technical grasp. The issue is with the institutions and how we distribute our resources. The suffering endured need not be the norm. Contrary to what many believe suffering is not a part of life; they are thinking of pain. Pain at times is inevitable for it is a part of life. Suffering is inflicted and can be lessened or eliminated altogether. Unfortunately those in power who are steeped in greed and corruption - stand in the way and must be nonviolently defeated.
